with req. 13... i'd just salvage for the MOD on it personally.
You might be able to get 1-3k for it by itself, but it'd a tough sell. So salvaging for the 20% enchanting mod would be your best bet. |

i wish it was 50/50 more like 25% for me. it seems that there is a 25% chance for each mod and a 50% for iron or steel =(
